Because the items we ship out are CUSTOMIZED based on the specification(s) you select during the ordering process. We do not offer exchanges and/or refunds for items unless...

An item is received damaged.

• An item is received defective.

• An item is received that you did not order.

If any of the above are true, we will gladly exchange for the exact same item, size, color, logo as ordered.

Claims need to be made within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items that are claimed must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

• Within 30 calendar days of the delivery date

• Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description.

Again you MUST contact us within 30 days. Items claimed to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be replaced.
